architekt wunder gmbh was founded in May 2022 by Jelena Kaminski and Daniel Wunder.

Monika Welke comes from Rinteln, is a trained bookseller and graduated from the Leibniz University of Hanover with a degree in engineering, specializing in building research/building history. She has been a registered architect since 2012.
Jelena Kaminski comes from the Weserbergland region and studied architecture at the University of Applied Sciences in Hildesheim, graduating with a master’s degree in the preservation of historic buildings. In addition to her practical professional experience as a registered architect, she also worked as a monument conservator before becoming a partner at architekt wunder gmbh in 2022.
Daniel Wunder (née Siemer) comes from South Oldenburg, used to be a nurse and then studied architecture at the University of Applied Sciences in Hildesheim, specializing in the preservation of architectural monuments and graduating as a graduate engineer (FH) in architecture. This was followed – also in Hildesheim – by a Master’s in Architectural Heritage Conservation. He has been a registered architect since 2010 and managing partner of architekt wunder gmbh since 2022.
Jule Weiher comes from Nordheide, is a trained draughtswoman, studied at Leibniz University in Hanover and graduated with a Master’s degree in architecture and urban planning.
Julika Mayer comes from the Kurpfalz region of Germany, studied architecture at the University of Stuttgart and graduated with a degree in engineering. She has been working in the field of existing buildings for many years and is a registered architect.
