Your areas of responsibility are:

• the processing of mostly listed building projects
• the main work in planning (preliminary planning, draft, approval and implementation planning) and / or tendering (preparation and participation in the award)
• communication with everyone involved in construction

What to bring:

• a degree in architecture
• Professional experience at least in performance phases 1-5
• Basic knowledge in the areas of monument preservation, repair and renovation
• Communication skills and excellent knowledge of spoken and written German
